Are there any Hellknight-based Companies going at the moment?
Well we know very litte about anything related to factions and companies alignment, but I think it is very probable if faction alignmetns exist, my company Pocket Ace will likely lean that direction as a LN organization.
As a Chelish national, I don't see him fitting in with a band of mercenaries although I appreciate the offer. Rather, I see him either joining or founding a Company with a group of like-minded individuals who seek to expand their own power and influence by furthering Chelish goals in the region.
That said, I expect that Fedryn will place much closer to Lawful Neutral with Evil tendencies. I think that he'd be benevolent towards those who toe the line but utterly ruthless to those who threaten the safety and sanctity of his region.
What do people think to Order of the Thorn? I think it works well to signify an Order charged with bringing a rural community to heel but obviously there is already the settlement of Thornkeep.

Sounds more like a group meant to defend Thornkeep.
If you are looking for a group meant to enforce the overbearing arm of the law on people whether they like it or not I'll resist making a political joke and say you might consider a name such as The Chelish Enforcers or Lawbringers.
I'm looking foward to some good interesting, and honorable fights because I don't think we will get along too well in-character. XD At least not if you are going to be trying to subjugate chaotic-good or maybe even chaotic-neutral communities.
As a Hellknight organisation, it would require an 'Order' name much like the ones that exist in canon, e.g. Order of the Scourge.
I happen to have an idea as to why they would be called the Order of the Thorn and also how to deal with the similarity in name between the organisation and Thornkeep.
Lictor Fedryn Mannorac has been promoted to the Lictorship of his own Order because the Lictor of the existing Order can see the ambition and drive of the younger Hellknight and seeks to stifle this ambition by diverting his attention to te running of a new Order which will have the responsibility of dealing with the more uncivilised elements of the local populace while it targets the more prestigious targets. Named as the Order of the Thorn, they have been given this name as even the smallest barb can remove a threat if it strikes in the right place.
