Lets say my players are ready to graduate from the Beginner Box and move on to the full Pathfinder rules. Lets also assume they want to keep their characters.
What do I need to do to convert their characters?
I assume I have to give them 1hp or 1skill point per level (favored class bonus - according to the BB PFS Guide that bonus is not yet covered by the BB).
Am I missing anything else?

Quickly scanning the character sheets from the BB:
Valeros: needs favoured class bonuses, armour check penalties on certain skills,
Ezren: needs an extra level 1 spell and a cantrip prepared, favoured class bonus, a more accurately explained text on 'Arcane Bond' (and a spellbook for that matter with the correct amount of spells in it), maybe the proper descriptions of the spells he can cast
Merisiel:favoured class bonuses, full list of elf racial abilities
Kyra:favoured class bonuses, extra level 1 spell, domain spell, second domain choice, 2 extra orisions prepared, check penalties on certain skills
All characters also need the full selection of skills available (not just the ones on the character sheet). You could argue that as PCs they should have two traits also.
hope that helps

I'd just get the character sheet for the full game and start transcribing the info from the BB sheet. Once you've filled in all that you have, see what is missing and go from there.
Agreed.
Another option is to take the BB character sheet, and transpose it by just opening Core and following the character creation steps, using your existing information, reading as you go. This greatly shrinks the Core into easily (or easier) digested chunks of only what is pertinent to that character.

Have you looked at the BB transitions PDF in Paizo downloads?
You can find it here.

Or you can use the PFS Creation Guide for BB as a guide of sorts to help you transition. It is at the bottom of the page I linked.
