Darklands access from Crusader Road area?

Is there anything officially published on an entrance to the Darklands from the Crusader Road area? If not, where is the closest officially published entrance located?

The Crusader Road itself is a new creation, so we don't have a lot of information specifically published about it to date. Looking through past sources for other Darklands entrances (such as on PathfinderWiki), shows that the closest ones we've detailed thus far are in Galt or Ustalav, though we've said a number of places that many caves all over the world eventually link up with Nar-Voth if you go deep enough.
