I'm looking for a good scenario to run that's as close to a traditional dungeon crawl as I'm like to get. Something in which most of the action takes place in one, interior location and where the primary goal is either the vanquishing of one foe or the retrieval of one item. And I'd prefer that one location not be a ship. Any suggestions?

Rebel's Ransom is something to save for when you have a group of players who have gotten very confident and think they can cakewalk everything. It was our first Tier 5-9 scenario, and session 1 ended with three of four PCs out of it... we had to schedule a second session to complete the scenario (it was a home game, luckily). I have been within a handful of hit points of a TPK every time I've run this one.
Not that that's always a bad thing... just be aware of it. It is a great dungeon crawl, though.
Also vote for Citadel of Flame and Infernal Vault. Mists of Mwangi is fun, but there's an odd mechanic that can be misunderstood by newer players and GMs.

+1 To all of the above. Some newer ones to add:
3-10:The Immortal Conundrum-Lots of good RP and dungeon crawling put together!
3-19: The Icebound Post-A dungeon crawl without the dungeon! It outdoors in the cold so make sure they have their cold weather gear!
3-8: Echoes of The Overwatched: It's a tower half submerged in water. But it's loads of fun! Especially if your party knows quite well of the adventures in The Blackros Museuem.
3-9: The Ghentt Manor Gauntlet: It's a house instead of a dungeon, but it's still has all the traditional elements of a crawl. Just in a house.
2-11: The Penumbral Accords, since we have Voice in The Void and Mists on here, we have to have Penumbral. It's just more difficult because you are dealing with the planal elements.
