Anyone else waiting for this Wuxia/Western mash-up RPG?

Have they settled on a rules platform yet?
I believe so since the Game should be out mid year. They just released their first book anthology in hardback and epub. So far I'm enjoying it.
Is it a known ruleset? I jsut went back and couldn't find anything...

The ruleset is a heavily modified d20 ruleset (not sure how heavy, but based on some comments by the author, I'd say at least as modified as Mutants and Masterminds).
Gareth was expecting to have the PDF of the rules available for backers of the Kickstarter project by the end of February and off to the printers at the same time, although that was almost two months ago, so the schedule may be off.
