Assume a Golarion level of magic availability and a modern day tech level. How would the existence of such magic effect what technologies are available? If modern companies had access to magic, what would they invent? Furthermore, what would warfare look like with a Golarion magic level and modern technology? How would militaries mix wizards and clerics with assault rifles, aircraft, and armored vehicles?
D20 Modern didn't have anywhere near as much magic as Golarion, even in Urban Arcana. I'm assuming a Golarion level, meaning it's relatively common and people know it exists.
Does Shadowrun have an SRD or Wiki I could comb for ideas?

Feather fall items instead of parachutes for pilots. Engineering units would host officers capable of casting wall of iron, wall of stone, move earth, and similar spells. Anti-personnel mines might be replaced with single-shot black tentacles devices; no collateral damage. Power companies would try to find every way possible to suppress continual flame. Chaplains would double as corpsmen.
Lots and lots of possibilities.
