I absolutely love Pathfinder. Actually, I almost eat, drink, dream, and breathe Pathfinder, when it comes to RPGs. So when the announcement of a Pathfinder Online RPG hit, I almost fainted, made 50 Facebook posts, phone calls and other such silly conversations filled with heavy breathing and dreams of great things to come.
ESPECIALLY when I heard about the focus being more along the lines of the Kingmaker Adventure Path, easily my favorite so far. I get to build a KINGDOM?!?! *faint*
VERY excited. But now that the initial excitement is passed, replaced instead with a tickling in the tummy that won't go away that I think is called antici....pation, I'm hoping for a bit more. More than most of the MMORPGs tend to offer. More than some box-style first person games tend to offer. We're talking about customization.
Will there be the ability to actually customize the STYLE of your kingdoms, or will everyone's little corner of Golarion look the same as everyone else's? Granted, I'm not asking for the kind of customization involved in, say, Second Life (though admittedly, I'm freaky enough to spend 10 hours designing a stairwell "just so"), but perhaps a little more option in the KINDS of things available...perhaps a difference in Varisian Cottage versus Taldane Reformation? I'm thinking Chelaxian High Gothic, with a hint of Qadiran Nomad...perhaps with a bit of Old Osirion?
I know this might sound like a silly or oft-repeated question, but in the essence of true enjoyment for a long term, I think that specialization is one of the very fundamental building-blocks.

Ditto, I'd like to see different types of appearances, different categories of cities with different bonuses, (IE a dwarven stonework town with bonuses to stone production and wall defense, forest towns with bonuses to wood collection and easier to hide in, etc...
