Pet Lodging

Does anyone know of any pet boarding businesses in the con area? The hotel only allows service dogs.

We regularly board our dog at VCA Redmond Animal Hospital, just a few miles away from the con, in Redmond. It's a vet and animal hospital, but they are really friendly and have dedicated staff to play with and care for animals in boarding. We boarded our dog there during last Paizocon, in fact.

If you have a dog, another option, though farther away, is Doggie Care Resort. It's in Woodinville, which is just a few miles north of Redmond. I haven't personally been there, but I've gotten good recommendations about it, and they are kennel- and cage-free.

Hey TOZ,

I called up a few hotels in the area. Looks like the closest hotel that takes pets is the Motel 6 in Kirkland. Convenient link: Google Map!

Note that doggie care only does small dogs -but also have heard good things about them. VCA are nice folks, right next to my office so we see the pups going for walks all the time.
