Decline of Glory conversion

I occasionally run some old mods, when I do, it irks me so i go back and convert them to pathfinder. Not a heavy conversion, just bringing the rules up to date in most cases for NPCs. Just thought I'd list the conversion, in case anyone else wants to run it, and not have to do the conversion but have a document to reference.

with that, here's the npc conversion for pfs #24 - decline of glory.
an unoffical npc conversion: google doc

This conversion is not legal for any GM to use during a PFS sanctioned event.

According to the OP Guide - Season 0 scenarios were written under the 3.5 rules set of the world’s oldest roleplaying game, before the release of the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game. All 3.5 scenarios are in the process of being updated to the current rules and re-released. In the meantime, scenarios are to be run with minimal changes by GMs, limited to adding CMB/CMD scores to NPCs and monsters and using newly combined skills such as Stealth and Perception instead of Move Silently and Spot. If a creature appears in the scenario that also appears in the PFRPG Bestiary, Bestiary 2, or Bestiary 3 and maintains the same CR between both rules sets, you may use the Pathfinder RPG stats in place of the 3.5 stats. This is the only substitution allowed in these scenarios.

The big catch is that they must have matching CRs. I know a couple of creatures got CR bumps in the transition from 3.5 to PFRPG. But not having to have a monster manual or access to d20srd is a big help.

What would be useful, is if someone made a docukent with CMB/CMDs, skills and bestiary reference where applicable for 3.5 scenarios.
