I had that happen once when I entered my pathfinder # incorrectly in the gm slot ( I entered a character number and this was back before there was actually a spot for the character #). Ross was able to fix it for me.
He'll probably see this and fix it for you, too. If not, you can email customer service with the details of the event and they'll be able to fix it.
EDIT: you could also probably just delete that session and re-enter it. that would probably fix the problem.
