I could have sworn there were a couple of nearly identical threads to this one recently, but can't seem to find them. However, despite the thread's deceptive title, this one quickly devolved into lists of favorites you might want to peruse.
As for my own favorites, I've enjoyed the Falcon's Hollow stuff, as my group is currently running through them and having a lot of old-school fun. I like the open exploration style of Wolfgang Baur's Crucible of Chaos, and I liked Crypt of the Everflame as a campaign opener. Pett's Carrion Hill gets high marks from board posters, and I'd be remiss not to mention my own work, the Lovecraft-inspired From Shore to Sea, and the upcoming 3rd-level murder-mystery-in-a-creepy-village Feast of Ravenmoor.
Check out that modules thread I linked to. Lots of discussion there! =-)

Realm of the Fellnight Queen by Neil Spicer- solid story, great NPCs, perfect blend of combat and RP scenarios, great BBEG, and overall nothing feels overdone flavor-wise.
Carrion Hill by Richard Pett- gets another vote from me. Nicely done gothic/Cthulu-esque adventure. More RPing potential, some fun villains, etc.
Conquest of Bloodsworn Vale by Jason Buhlman. Think mini-Kingmaker meets Keep on the Borderlands. Great but 3.5.
The Darkmoon Vale modules are cool but I look at them as a mini-campaign rather than stand-alone.

The Harrowing is, in my view, clearly the best stand-alond module Paizo has yet released.
That does not mean any other modules are "bad" or sub-standard; quite the opposite. But if there has to be a "best" label attached to one of them? The Harrowing is it -- by a country mile.
I provided a complete review on ENWorld concerning The Harrowing and why, in my view, it's the best stand alone module to date.
