Crypt of the Everflame Chamber of Rest Question

Adventures

For those of you who haven't played through this there is a mild spoiler below.

My friends and I just completed Crypt of the Everflame, but we're looking for a ruling on the Chamber of Rest (Room 17). It contains a fountain of water that heals you with a cure moderate wounds spell (caster level 10th) and a lesser restoration. What the question really comes down to is, is the water magical or is the fountain magical?

I want to say the fountain was magical (from a players perspective, wasn't running). We were only able to benefit from the healing once per 24 hour period and I don't believe the one player who bottled some was able to use it later when we were away from the area (on the way back).

I am inclined to agree with you, and I think we're going to end up ruling that the fountain is magical, because it specifically mentions the fountain as being magical, but as a player who took a gallon of it in 2 waterskins, I was hoping to sell it off. Mainly for the purpose of saying I broke a module.

Its the fountain. The water loses its potency shortly after being removed, unless consumed.
