Applying GM Scenario Credit Question

Is it possible to apply credit from GMing a level 7-11 scenario (i.e. tier 7-8) to my character now at 6th level, or do I have to wait until my character hits 7th level to apply the credit? I ask because at 6th level a character can choose to play tier 7-8 and hope that the same rational applies.

You need to wait until the PC you wish to apply the Chronicle to is within the Tiers for the scenario. A 6th level PC may not play Tier 7-11 scenarios, and so it follows that you can't apply a GM Reward Chronicle to your out-of-tier characters either.
