Sorry for the confusing title to the thread but I am a little new to this message board and do not want to ruin anything for anyone- that said-
This is a very specific question for those who have either played/DMed the dungeon or are more familiar with Kaer Maga than I-
Any thoughts?

Well, depending on the chronology of your campaign ...
While Karzoug ends up kind of hosed at the end of the RotRL AP, but ...
Events in the last part of the CotCT AP are very likely to ... "arouse" Runelord Sorshen from her slumber.
And that Zutha's phylactery (the Gluttonous Tome) is still out there, waiting to be re-assmebled.
And that is only the Runelords that we know of.

Thanks for the reply!
I was thinking about looking at the ROTRL AP for some inspiration as I have never played them. Looks like I would have to get a PDF though as they are no longer in print.
I think the Kaer Maga source book would be useful as well. From the reviews of the book it looks like I might get all kinds of ideas on how to expand a Godsmouth Heresy campaign.

as RotR GM, I suggest you have a look at PF#5 Sins of the Saviors because
it deals with most of the background on the different runelords i.e. which sin they relate to, what type of magic they're best at, and a small dungeon for each of them which will help you get a feel of what they think is normal.
also, a kick ass encounter with a dragon that will make your players wet their pants.
and besides, it's an awesome adventure for PF characters around level 10-12
