Yes, it was a picture of his "weiner" (in his underwear) that he sent to a female college student. He lied about it to protect his wife, Uma Weiner, and the women that he tweeted with over the years. He said their were six of them, and I just heard that there was a woman in Texas that he chatted with frequently.
Personally, I think this is a matter between him, his wife, and the citizens of the district he represents. If they want him out, then they should be able to get together and throw him out. There should be a way to recall him, or just vote for the other person in 17 months. However, there is one thing I can't get past; his wife's name is .

The lack of integrity he showed by lying about it makes him unfit for office.

That is unfortunate.
Apparently, there is more to the story. Anthony Weiner may have had inappropriate conversations with underage women. If this is true, then he could be in some sort of legal trouble. I am sure that is illegal. I can say with no evocation that is future political career is over. If I were him, and I am not, then I would resign immeaditely. Of course, since I am not him, then I hope he stays on and fights it out, because that will just keep Weinergate going.
