Marc - As I recall, there was a registration table where you gave your name and got your tag, a printout of your schedule, and a swag bag. The line got to be pretty long after a bit, but that was mainly because it was just one table (with multiple people working it.) Hopefully there will be a set up that moves things along more quickly this year with perhaps the registration materials being split up by last name or something. Or, dare I say, pre-registration Thursday night (Anyone listening? Paizo? Bueller?) The registration is sometime Friday but I was there bright and early last time so I am not sure how late it goes (though I would expect through the day at least.)
Jerimiziah - Didn't have a car, but parking was your standard hotel affair. A quick "Search nearby..." in Google shows a few pay parking options in what looks like walking distance.
Parking should not be a problem, the hotel has a very large parking lot, although much of it is behind the hotel, so be sure and drive around it if you don't see anything out front.

Well, since it sounds like there are more people coming this year, hopefully there will be more people helping with registration ...
Do we know when registration starts exactly? I'm still kind of unclear on the specific details regarding exactly how this thing kicks off Friday morning.
