I spoke with one of your CS reps on the phone about an hour ago, and not only got my issue resolved (and quickly) but politely and definitively.

I don't know how often you hear this, but I'd like to say thanks. You are always polite, efficient, and understanding whenever I have had occasion to contact you, and I have always been 100% satisfied with my interaction.

Thank you for continuing to demonstrate to me why Paizo is the absolute best company in the industry. I love your products, I love our shared enthusiasm for the game, and I love your genuine concern for my satisfaction.
