Large Board That Folds Into Quarters?

I am looking for a game that has a large board that folds into quarters. I prefer one that will be at least 2ft by 3ft when unfolded or larger. I plan on stripping the artwork and laminating the result so it lasts longer. Then I plan on making custom layouts which I can tape to the board, so bigger and cheaper = better. I have access to a plotter printer to make the layouts and just need a board that I can mod.

I picked up a cheap sewing layout board that folds up into a 4' x 1' size and is ruled in 1" grid. It unfolds to be 4' x 6' and that is awesome for miniature games and DnD 4e that use grid.

The boards are originally designed for people that are cutting patterns for clothing layout but you can use them for game stuff fine. I got mine at a used item sale for a dollar.

Thanks for the tip, which lead me to a google search and this: OOH, PROJECT TIME! And a new site to peruse...

You can get black mat board (forget what it's called, it's thicker than typical mat board) from an arts & craft store. Used it for a creative thinking class a few years ago.

And there's this... Blank Game Board (LINK), but it's bi-fold... nothing a t-square and an xacto knife couldn't fix. Only $5!

The game "Tsuro" comes with a small/medium quad-fold board, but it's $25 and arguably a crime to deface such an awesome game/board (fancy phoenix picture on the board). "Survive: Escape from Atlantis" & "Frag: Gold Edition" both come with a larger quad-fold board. I recommend going to your FLGS and sizing-up the boxes as the boards are usually a tight fit, if you plan on doing it this way.
