Banned Spells

I have a caster who I need to update because I haven't played society in about a year. Is there a list of all spells that are banned? Particularly wish? (I know society has a level 12 cap)

Awaken (Oracles w/ nature mystery get animal growth instead)
Permanency
Reincarnate

You can't buy any spells 7th lever or higher unless it is a spell listed as available from using PA.
