New Public Event Not showing!

I just put in a New event

Pathfinder Society at ChimaeraCon 2011 San Antonio April 1-3 # 4,259

And it is not showing in a Search of local events or in the calendar for events in April.

This problem pops up a lot, what can be done so it shows up?

At least the system didn't tell you that your address doesn't exist. For some reason the system here really hates the 23453 zip code.
