Does Year of the Shadow Lodge get PA?

I am catching up my PC that gets most of my GM credit and I have the year of the shadow lodge sheet from GENCON 2010 in front of me. I could have sworn we all were awarded some PA but for the life of me I can't remember.

Right now I assume 0 unless otherwise told.

This is contrary to what I was told to report when running Shadow Lodge. I was told everybody should get 2 PA to reflect that their respective factions were happy with the outcome.

But yes, if succesful you get 2 PA.
