I happened upon this free RPG the other day and thought it looked kinda interesting. I was wondering if anyone here had ever tried it and what they thought of it.
Even if you haven't tried it, I'd be interested to see what you thought after reading through it a bit. I found it here:

Some interesting ideas.
Not TOTALLY convinced, but they certainly deserve some credit for the concepts... the artwork is all quite nice too.
