I do believe that Otherworld has come out with another Minotaur fig (DM6b) which is actually wearing armor- chainmail, if I am not mistaken. The fig looks good, reminiscent of the Minotaur from the Keep on the Borderlands.

I don’t think Paizo is carrying it yet though.
