It shipped on September 24, according to my order page.

Is there any recourse?

I apologize for the skipped volume! I have put your your missing item into your sidecart to wait and ship out with the next subscription shipment. If you would rather have it shipped sooner, you can go to My Account and hit the "Ship As Soon As Possible" button in the Sidecart Area.
