I was wondering if we were allowed to reference book names in OGL products. For example, would it be okay list an item by name (but not what it does) and it's source and page number (A literal example of what I'm talking about would be something like the following: Gloves of the Uldra Savant (Frostburn 11) (12,700 GP)). No rules text would be presented outside of the item's GP value (which, may in itself be a breach of the OGL, I'm not sure).
The only part of the OGL that mentions anything like this is section 7 (Product Identity) which has this to say:
You agree not to Use any Product Identity, including as an indication as to compatibility, except as expressly licensed in another, independent Agreement with the owner of each element of that Product Identity. You agree not to indicate compatibility or co-adaptability with any Trademark or Registered Trademark in conjunction with a work containing Open Game Content except as expressly licensed in another, independent Agreement with the owner of such Trademark or Registered Trademark. The use of any Product Identity in Open Game Content does not constitute a challenge to the ownership of that Product Identity. The owner of any Product Identity used in Open Game Content shall retain all rights, title and interest in and to that Product Identity.
Now I obviously wouldn't be saying that what I'm working on is compatible with the D&D 3.5 (probably just something simple like 3.5 OGL Compatible), but I don't know if I'd be able to use anything outside of what's expressly provided in the SRD without risking legal repercussions.
One of the reasons I ask, is that I'm coding a treasure generator that spans many books (core and otherwise) and I'd like to make it available to more people than just myself. I know that the site Crystal Keep has all kinds of information onsite (their Feats Index, for example, gives feat name, source, prerequisites, and even an overview of the what the feat does) but I don't know where they stand legality-wise by doing that.
Any assistance would be most appreciated.

Before I begin, I am NOT a lawyer.
(A literal example of what I'm talking about would be something like the following: Gloves of the Uldra Savant (Frostburn 11) (12,700 GP)).
1. Frostburn is not OGL. Wizards never even put an OGL in that book. So you cannot (in no uncertain term) use that under the OGL.
2. What you are talking about is more akin to a reference entry. When the OGL mixes with other legal stuff, I am really on shaky ground.
My best advice to you, if it is not in an OGL source, pretend like it doesn't exist. Its alot safer.

You make a valid point.
With how I'm doing things it shouldn't be too hard for folks to add their own stuff to the generator, so I'll probably just do core only for the time being.
