Newly addicted to minis and painting them, I realised I needed direction or our dining room table will just end up covered in random things. This is bad, because it means I will have to write an adventure incorporating them all. So ...
In honour of the many pcs I've played over the years, both in live games and pbps, I thought I'd find and paint the lot. Most are easy to find in some form or other, but Dagobert the dwarf has me foxed.
The thing about Dagobert is that although he's a dwarf, he doesn't like them much at all. He can't quite being himself to shave his beard off entirely, but he does keep it clipped very close. So far, despite many hours trawling, I've seen nothing.
Can anyone help?

What class was he Rosey? You could do a head swap for a gnome if you wanted. Alternatively, there are plenty of small folk mini's out there that could be substituted for Dagobert, since looking dwarfy for minis mostly means big long beards. Some of the Reaper minis have gnomes, halflings and dwarves al looking pretty similar in terms of size, it's just the beard that tells 'em apart.

I hadn't thought of using a female dwarf, but that might be the way to go - I can greenstuff him up a small beard.
He's an invoker by instinct and a rat-catcher by profession.
Here's a totally bald one that could be greenstuffed up a bit too.
Or how about this halfling?
He's mostly covered with a cloak so you can't tell much difference in the build, and he has a nicely trimmed beard. Found this one totally by accident, but there you are.
The halfling looks good too. Dagobert uses a staff, but that doesn't look like an impossible conversion job, even by my starting level standards.
