It is, the book is very interesting. I am reading it at the momment. Then I am going to follow it up with 'Merchants of Doubt: How a Handful of Scientists Obscured the Truth on Issues from Tobacco Smoke to Global Warming' by Naomi Oreskes and Erik M. Conway. Which deals with the George C. Marshall Institue, and their war on science.
