Master of the Fallne Fortress: Stat Block Questions

For Damiel, he has 3 Feats but I can't see how he got them.
1 for being a 1st level character and one bonus Feat (Brew Potion) for being an alchemist.
Where does the third come from?

I think that there is a mistake in his race - he has "Elf" written, but I think he is a half-elf in fact, that would explain the bonus Skill Focus feat.

Unless it's gone in the final version appearing in the APG, Alchemist's gain Brew Potion and Throw Anything as bonus feats at 1st level.
