Hey All--

Just one yahoo's thoughts: IT WAS AWESOME.

Thanks to the entire Paizo team and related lackeys, wives, hired goons, subcontracted goons, paid minions, interns, unpaid minions, enslaved minions, and good people who made PaizoCon so much fun.

I spent my flight back home reflecting on what I did, who I met, and what I learned at the convention and, in conclusion, every second and every cent was well worth it.

Random Shout Outs:
1) Freakin' Joshua Frost: I had no idea you were so funny and skilled with the mic...I hadn't laughed as hard as I did with the quiz than I have in a long time. Fantastic.
2) Majuba: I first learnt that you were an awesome giver when you gave me goblin brains. Then I learnt you were a good player when we kicked the butt of the Shadow Lodge and related dragonage up and down Absalom. Then I learnt that you're quite the cool customer with your proposal to your wife to be. As if that wasn't enough, you ran the best game I played in the last session. You're an amazing player and person.
3) The rest of my judges: for putting up with me.
4) Lilith: I have my own copy of Wayfinder #3! Sweet!
5) Dane, Blazej, and the other yahoos from this board that I met in person.

Thanks again, Paizo.

Shadow Lodge

It was great to meet you, Pain, and I'm glad you had so much fun. I hope you can make it next time, too!

Seconded. As much fun as I had at last year's Paizocon, this one definitely topped it.

Highlights:

1) J.J. Frost: Why this guy keeps his part-time job as Events Manager at Paizo despite his stand-up comedy career is beyond me.

2) Messing with Greg Vaughn's Game: Even funnier than Mr. Frost. I haven't laughed so hard in a long time. Object lesson: Never, ever use the whole deck of Plot Twist cards in one session. Props to Greg for being able to weave a coherent thread of all those disjointed events into one highly entertaining game. Kudos. I'd love to have a seat at your gaming table sometime.

3) Fight Club 2: Good gravy. I thought last year was bad. What a massacre. I only died six times, but it felt like sixty.

4) A Paladin in Hell: Thank you, daemonslye, for a great game and even greater hospitality.

Once again, thanks to everyone that helped organize and put on the event. See you next year!

Scarab Sages

I had a great time at this years Con too!

Hats off to the organizers and all those that were part of making Paziocon 2010 such a positive experience for me.

Actually ran into a number of folks that I had met last year and even ended up dramatically sacrificing myself to save my crew in the Starfinder: Hephaestus on the Drift game session. Good times!

Also got to play two games I have never experienced before: "Don't Rest Your Head" and "Metamorphosis Alpha".

My thanks to gamemasters Crystal Fraiser, Lynn Fredricks, and Pat Luther.

Hear hear. It takes a lot of hard work to make this big an event tick along as well as it did. Kudos to all who contributed to make it rock!

Thanks everyone. :-)

Absolutely my pleasure, 'juba. I'm a sucker for weddings--which is why I photograph weddings in my "spare" time.

Josh, thanks for letting me get some of my spare time work done while manning HQ.

It was a lot of fun sitting there listening to all the snippets of the PFS games. One of my fav moments was catching a GM dancing a jig. "They were encountering Goblins, of course I had to dance."

This years con was great. Looking forward to next year.

Great job Paizo!!
