For those who have stayed at the Bellevue

What kind of laundry wash facilities can I expect? Do they provide a cleaning service? If my only option is a small laundry room, are their enough washer's and dryers that I won't have an impossible time using them while the hotel is fully booked?

I would prefer to pack a few sets of clothes instead of five and just wash them. I would also prefer not to pack dirty clothes in my bags for my return flight.

While I've never stayed there before, a close look over their website mentions that they offer a 'valet laundry service' at cost, which gives me the impression that there are no on-site laundry services. If the price is reasonable, Squeek and I will only bring 5 days worth of clothes and have them laundered halfway through the trip.

If anyone has experience with the valet laundry costs, that would be appreciated.

If the valet laundry service is anything like hotels I've stayed at in the past, it might be cheaper just to light your dirty clothes on fire and buy all new duds.

One place I stayed at in San Francisco charged $28 per article. That's $56 for a pair of socks.

Yikes! That seems to be a silly way to do prices; the only business they'd get would be fancy suits and dresses. I doubt such a niche market like that would be available in Bellevue, so with any luck the prices will be more reasonable.

. . . but I'll bring seven days worth of clothes just in case.

Answer from a very helpfull desk man:

3rd floor has machines, it uses quarters, they sell supplies for the washing!!

Now that wasn't hard was it??
