No we did not recently move in. As a matter of fact we've been living here since summer of 1984.

TAD, it really is a wonderful looking house. Do you have a robotic pool vacuum?
At the moment no. However the pool s water needs to be emptied, the cement redone and various other things need to be updated/replaced regarding it. Adding a robotic system might be in the plans when it gets overhauled.
Put yourself to work and perhaps you can get your mom to pay you under the table and that can go towards your gaming swag addition and the finest mail order brides that Eastern Europe can offer. :p
