Right, so I'm in the planning stages for a Spelljammer-esque campaign and I was definitely thinking of creating a crystal sphere that contains Golarion's solar system, and I was wondering if there has been anything published that gives an overview of the entirety of Golarion and its sister planets. Thanks for any help.

An overview of the entirety of Golarion is in the Pathfinder Chronicles Campaign Setting, though information on areas beyond the Inner Sea region, while certainly present and interesting, is limited. The revised version (coming out later this year) should have even more info, though it's still Inner-Sea-focused.
An overview of Golarion's solar system is present in Second Darkness Part 2: Children of the Void.
