I thought it was funny, obviously its pretty frivolous, but taking things to seriously is actually half the idea being mocked.
I do have to say, I get tired of the pointless bickering. Granted, I think the Democrats did a pretty decent job with the health care bill they passed (not great, but decent), and I get pretty upset about some of the ridiculous arguments coming out of the conservative media (if you can even call them that). However, I get equally annoyed when I see things like this getting passed around on Facebook.
That said, I don't think there ever was a fabled day in our distant past when people didn't talk about politics. In fact, the United States of America was founded by people who sat around talking about politics. Yes, I would like to see people talk about policy, and not about politics. However, I don't think such a day ever existed, and I don't think it ever will.
I snorted soda seeing the picture of Limbaugh next to the Kingpin. I have to admit.
