For the most part, I really like the core rules, and I consider myself a "crunchy numbers" style player. About the only thing that bothers me is that weapons have an abstract rating attached to them, rather than differentiating between accuracy and damage. That can easily be house-ruled in various ways. That and there are no rules for multi-tasking. But otherwise it's a pretty solid, evocative system and setting.
