If a character has an item (for instance a +1 keen kukri) on his chronicle sheet, can that character by multiples of that same item? Thus a character could by two of said kukris - one for each hand.
I would probibly say yes for the sake of discussion.
But your example is kind of a bad one as all +1 weapons are on the "always" avaiable list.
a plus +2 kukri would be a better example.

Um, a +1 keen kukri is a +2 weapon :) +1 for the enhancement bonus, +1 for the keen.

Good catch, missed Keen. My mistake.

That's true of all items that appear on a chronicle sheet.
EXTRA QUESTION
Can a wizard scribe a scroll into his spellbook mid scenario wothout it affecting his gold reward?
Pages 19-20 of the Guide address this issue.

We discussed this when playing a slot 0 last week, and found it a bit unclear. A wizard who scribes a scroll, found in a scenario, into his spellbook, doesn't have to pay for the scroll to do so. So the rules say. But does this only apply if he scribes the scroll during the course of the scenario, or is it also free if he does it after the scenario ends? And can he go back two cronicle sheets to pick a scroll to scribe into his spellbook?

Joshua J. Frost wrote:So long as you found the scroll and it is available to you on an appropriate chronicle sheet, your wizard can write it into his spellbook. But must the wizard pay for the scribing alone or does he have to pay the scroll cost as well?
As far as I can see in the Guide it mentions that you do not need to buy the scroll, just spend the time and scribing cost. The difference is that you won't be able to use the scroll (because the scroll is used from scribing) if you scribed earlier than the end. If you used the scroll though you'd have to wait until the end of the scenario when you get your chronicle.

Thats a pretty sweet deal for wizards.

Yep, it is. But the other option (having to buy the scroll) makes learning new spells that way really really expensive. Plus my wizard really likes it this way!

But must the wizard pay for the scribing alone or does he have to pay the scroll cost as well?
Page 19 of the Guide, under "Wizards and Their Spellbooks" says,
... a wizard does not have to purchase a scroll found during the course of a scenario in order to copy that scroll into his spellbook. A wizard only needs to spend the time, succeed on the appropriate checks, and spend the gold necessary per the table on page 219 of the Pathfinder RPG Core Rulebook.

Now it is crystal clear. Thank you
