That is why I have so many DVDs.
Damnit this thread has eaten way too many of my posts.
RETRY
I too have a pretty good collection of DVDs. And thanks to my DVD Recorder/DVR the collection is increases by about 3-4 movies a week. More on really good weeks. Currently I'm having trouble synching up a time to nab Rein of Fire.

Morning all. What did I miss?
Well, Nancy and Ron decided to throw a charity fundraiser to help get money for the Greater Alaskan Penguin Society, not realizing that the evil Mr. Marks was planning to unleash his horde of genetically altered lemurs upon the crowd. Meanwhile, Sid had discovered that his wife Nancy was actually his sister's cousin's former college roommate, and had recently engaged in some kinky happenings with the local barber. On the other side of town, Crime Boss Tito Valensweaty was engaged in his most daring and insidious.....No wait! That's my soap opera.

Ack. I must read to the end of the posts. I got past the first sentence and sent my life savings to the Greater Alaskan Penguin Society, and now I come to find out it's a fictitious organization.

No politics, no football, and no stories about spiders. Although I do understand football talk around superbowl time.I am doing well. Working on a paper for school. I finished my Associates degree back in Jan. Now I am working towards my Bachelors. Kids are doing well. Hubby is good. We are looking forward to PaizoCon in June. You gonna make it?
What's your degree in, Solnes? And your planned degree?
And thank you for the no politics rule... hail Solnes!

From not Right in the Head on FB - (Hopefully more funny than 'political') Offered in humor only. Sorry, Solnes. This was too funny to pass up.
ATHEISM
The belief that there was nothing and nothing happened to nothing and then nothing magically exploded for no reason, creating everything and then a bunch of everything magically rearranged itself for no reason what so ever into self-replicating bits which then turned into dinosaurs.
Makes perfect sense. [/end poster]
Again, posted for humorous effect, amongst friends, hence not throwing this into the Pet Shop to be torn into shreds by the latest generation of homo-dinosaurus-raptorious.
There is a lot of funny, twisted stuff on the Not Right in the Head page on FB. Bet most of the people creating stuff are gamers. ;)

You really need to add Firefly to that collection. I am proud of you for having Red Dwarf though. If you like Red Dwarf, you should probably also look at Black Adder.

If you wish to add Firefly, it will diminish your collection only slightly, IMNSHO.
Seriously?
I'll tell you -- I've really appreciated TV Seasons on DVD since having kids. I don't want my kiddoes watching a lot of the stuff I have on DVD, and so I don't get to actually start watching stuff until late. It's not always easy to set aside 2 hours at night, but it's not too bad to set aside 45 minutes before bed.

Hey, single out the token atheist on this thread, why don'tcha! :P
(Actually, I know there are others, but I'm out of the closet..)
But yeah, it is a funny group.

Sebastian's having a bad day? Does that mean everyone else will have a good day?
(Who's the new poster?)
Some person who apparently just discovered the internet and decided to post to the blog with the "garsh, I sure don't like that new 4e thing that just game out."
Way to join our program, which is already in progress, and has been for like three f&$$ing years.
