While a part of the media background of being a teen in the 80s, I think my favorite film of his was the one where he was a physician in India.

My Mum was a big fan of his when I was growing up, so he was a large part of my childhood. As I got older I was able to appreciate his work on my own so he's sort of been there all the way.
R.I.P. Patrick. My family and I will miss you.
It is a sad day in the Fryer household. I knew Patrick for the man he was, not just the characters he played or the way he was portrayed by the tabloid media. Patrick Swazye was my mom's cousin and I will miss him deeply.
