She took a slow sauntering step into the room, trying to keep pace with Bryson and seem non-threatening, while drawing the orc's eyes away from Lavinia and the fact that she wasn't tied. "Harliss sent us to stop you. So you won't get paid by Harliss. Vanthus isn't here - and won't be back after robbing most of his sister's possessions - so you won't get paid for selling him to any of the others that are undoubtedly willing to pay to enjoy his company for a while before they dispatch him. And we made a rather large scene getting in here, sorry to say, so the watch will undoubtedly show up soon. Disruptions of happy city festivities tend to irritate guards, you know." Annie shook her head sadly. "Really, I think your best option is flee now, while we're absorbed with securing our employer and the watch hasn't made their way here yet. You get away without any further injury, at least. You look like a smart fellow. Your employer screwed up, not you. Leaving now will keep things from getting worse, don't you think?"

He frowns at Bindlplotz. And doesn't even look at Bryson or Annie.
"Best be callin' off yer vermin!" He cruelly grinds the point further into Lavinia's neck. "Now get Vanthus up here or I'll start with sendin' her back t' him a piece at a time!"
He looks like he really is looking forward to doing just that.

Dgrim clinches his teeth and scowls at the sight of the prisoners, especially Kora's bloodied body. He moves up to Ghirrak's side and whispers in his ear, "There's naught but one choice to make here. Its now or never," he says, giving a slight nod toward half-orc to signal a charge.

Jon couldn't take the unbearable tension anymore. He steps forward.
"Well now! Vanthus be up in a minute; meatime I outta tell ye a little word I heard from yer lovely Captain. It's..." He leans forward...

Within an eyeblink Ghirrak explodes into action, faster than anyone could possibly have expected. Even before his enemy had fully registered what was happening Ghirrak's knee was up slamming nto his face in an attempt to drive through his skull.

The blow hammers home with devastating force generating a pain that would take the fight out of most men, at least those capable of surviving it.

It is at this point you see at the doorway Chief Lorph, the biggest Bullywug you have seen yet. He holds a leash on an insect looking creature that you recognize from tales of the underdark as a "Rust Monster". Behind him are more Bullywug tribesmen, one of whom is holding a beaten Liamae as prisoner.
The Rust Monster's antennae quiver and he lunges at the leash trying to get to Dgrim...
