Well, my homebrew campaign setting has grown quite dramatically over the last few years, so much that I'm having trouble keeping track of all the information. So what I've been thinking about for a while now is to create a wiki where I upload all of my notes and other campaign information, but I don't want to put it online. So does anyone know of any kind of tool or software to create and edit a database similar to a wiki, but offline?
Help would be greatly appreciated...

I always thought TiddlyWiki was kind of neat.
Outstanding! This is exactly what I was looking for, thanks Gary!

Google Sites and Google Docs.
You can do collaborative editing and file sharing with your players and Google Sites, while annoying in some ways when trying to do advanced things, is quite full featured for home campaigns.
It's what I use for d20pfsrd.com and all of my campaign sites.
