Order of the acts I'm not terribly concerned about so long as important hints/clues/etc are played in the correct order. Altering monsters, traps, etc is frowned upon. If there's an issue with an encounter, we'll alter it officially and would rather GMs not take it upon themselves to do so. OP systems require fairness of play for success and part of that is making sure everyone has the same play experience.
