The maps in this product, and in the previous Adventure Path Folios, are identical to the ones in the Adventure Path volumes, with the only exception being that the poster maps are printed about 4 times larger than they were before.
We have not yet announced our future plans for AP Folios, but odds are good that we'll be making significant changes to the concept going forward.
What is this concept called 'going forward' of which you speak?
Or does Vic mean: "In the future."?
I'm becoming obsessed with the phrase. When (and how) did it become a verb phrase referring to the future?
I've even heard people refer to closing things down 'going forward' which could be seen as a regression, rather than forward motion.
Is this some kind of positivist/scientific-rationalist-optimist construction in which words are bent out of shape to reflect a world view in which the future is always superior (and thus ahead of) the past?
Or is it just horrendous business jargon that seeks to make all change sound positive regardless of the fact that the modern economies of the western world are in free-fall?
Or what?
Ye gods, I am a terrible nag!
