Holy crap. Personally, I use three different passwords for various things. It depends on the character limit.
My favorite password to use is:

Nobody's ever guessed it. Mainly because it's not actually permitted as a password. ;)

The most sensitive stuff is my name and email address. I dont use electronic banking or conduct internet transactions.
