The wording on it is wierd. It says:
"This amulet grants an enhancement bonus of +1 to +5 on attack and damage rolls..."
but then adds:
"An amulet of mighty fists does not need to have a +1 enhancement bonus to grant a melee weapon special ability.", which isn't consistent with the first part.
I feel it should be consistent with other weapons and require +1 minimum.
Honestly, since this applies to two OR MORE "weapons", it doesn't seem too expensive, compared to a 2-Weapon-Fighter who needs to buy (and upgrade) two separate weapons: The Fists are only 25% more expensive than 2WF (NOT counting base weapon costs), and apply to all Unarmed/Natural Attacks, which means outpacing a 2WF (in # of attacks) is easily possible.
If Enhancement bonuses apply to Maneuvers (which is uncertain, but a possibility, certainly if Maneuver AC is adopted), then Unarmed being able to attempt ALL Maneuvers with this Enhancement is certainly a signifigant benefit. I simply don't see the pricing as problematic: Any extra cost is countered by the benefit of concentrating on one "weapon", which scales well with level.
All in all, this seems a very effective item for both Monks and "Bad Asses with Multi-Attack".
