Looking for the listings of materials for Staves, Scrolls, and Potions.

While I know that the materials from Dungeon and Dragon magazines are the IP of WotC, I would like to know if anyone remembers the articles that listed the different materials used to create scrolls and staves, and the appearance of potions. I have the magazines in storage in a different city, so I would like to find out what issues the articles were in to see if I can replace them. Any help would be appreciated.

It was useful to be able to tell my players what the potion looked like appearance wise then when they identified it and found another that looked like it it was fairly easy for them to know what it was. Could it be possible to recreate the lists for Pathfinder? Or at least something similar. It was sometimes boring to say, "You find a wooden staff with a gem atop it." So much better to say, "You find a black wooden staff, carved in twisting vines including small thorns spaced throughout the length. It has what appears to be a small dark gem held in the branches of the tip." Now they have a fairly decent picture of what the staff looks like.

Just my 2 cp.

GameMastery Item Cards are good for just that ;)

-Dungeon #125: Potions

-Dungeon #127: Staves
-Dungeon #133: Scrolls (and meals too! highly useful)

I value the three (four, with meals) of them really useful resources for any campaign.

Yes they show the appearance, but what I am talking about was a set of catagories that you either rolled dice on or picked and chose different materials or looks from. For example, you find a potion that was orange in color and when you opened it there was a faintly rotten scent to it, and it fizzled. Turns out it was a Cure Moderate Wounds potion. These could be combined with the Game Mastery cards, but those are not what I am looking for.

EDIT: Which one had the meals? I had forgotten about them.
