Personally I'd like the one detailing the organizations of Golarion, e.g. something between Cloak & Dagger and Factol's Manifesto. Especially more on the Red Mantis, the Coils of Ydersius, the Harbringers, the Norns and the Riftwardens. Some new ones based on philosophies like diabolism.
Of the lands, first Jalmeray, then the Mwangi Expanses, the Realm of the Mammoth Lords or the Linnorm Kings.
I particularly liked how Korvosa, Xin-Shalast, Sandpoint, Riddleport and Darkmoon Vale were done.
And gnomes.

Paizo have the benefit of having seen WotC produce a very wide range of FR supplements so probably have a pretty good idea of the types of sourcebook that sell and the types that don't. I think there are a few FR sourcebooks that we won't see Pathfinder equivalents of.
I'd really like a book in the format of Classic Monsters Revisited, but detailing new, low-level humanoids like boggards. I'm also interested in the parts of the world not on the Inner Sea.
I'd rather see a larger book, covering more creatures in slightly less detail. 64pp, 10 monsters @~6pp each, for GBP11 isn't great value however nice it is; I doubt I'd buy a similar one; 128pp, 30 monsters @~4pp each, for GBP20 would be a different proposition. I'd also be more inclined to go for more general purpose creatures -- we've already had a lot of low-level humanoids covered, personally I don't think we need more.

I think once the Pathfinder RPG rules set actually comes out then a new Pathfinder monster manual will become a must. I hope it utilises many of the classic 3.5 SRD creatures as well as many of the new creatures from the various pathfinder products. Also would love to see super adventures in the pathfinder module range. Adventure that are a lot longer than the current 32 page modules.

Certainly... and I also agree with the above statement saying that having 4 page instead of 6 page entires would be good (the book length still wouldn't matter to me). A Monster Manual-type book, though, won't have quite that much fluff and writing that makes Pathfinder awesome!
