What do we know about this Isle? I found it on the map of Avistan (west of Nidal, Varisia, and Cheliax) and it is mentioned in the Gazetteer under the sorcerers entry as ruled by someone who is "draconic." Is there further information somewhere else in the book? I hunted for like an hour, but couldn't find anything.
I ask, by the way, because I am running CotCT in 4th ed, and one of my PCs is a dragonborn. I would love to know if there is some secret island of draconic humanoids already established somewhere in Golarion.
Thanks,
O

There's a two-page entry for Hermea in the hardcover. It's not actually an island of draconic humanoids at all... in fact, it's one of the places in Golarion where draconic humanoids would probably not fit in at all. There's not a good place on Golarion to introduce lots of dragonborn as written. If you're including dragonborn in your game, you have two main options:
1) Just add them into the world and play it off as another race that's been there all the time. Perhaps pick an existing ethnicity or race and replace them with dragonborn. This'll be a fair amount of work for the GM to retcon into the game, of coruse...
2) Both Nex and Geb have some pretty strange magic going on. I wouldn't put it past one of those nations to develop an experimental race of draconic humanoids as soldiers or servants or whatever; your character could have escaped enslavement from a secret group of dragonborn down in one of these nations. Alternately, you can simply have your dragonborn come from some unnamed location off the map.
In any event... draconic humanoids don't have a big role at all on Golarion. Even half-dragons are fantastically rare. The closest you'll probably see are races like troglodytes or kobolds or lizardfolk or serpentfolk... none of whom are really "Dragon Humanoids."
