Firstly:
Others have mentioned it before and I will re-iterate it.
Please find some way to have the "members/subscription" cancelations from being the first thing new folks see.
I come here often and gloss over it quickly but new folks tend to read everything trying to find what they are looking for. I know your policy is that customer support should be on top- and that is laudible, but could you perhaps have that one thread line set to default minimized instead of maximized? (for lack of a better way to phrase it)
Secondly, and the purpose of my visit:
When someone hits REPLY on any given thread, would it be possible to have the last page of posts (or whatever page they hit Reply to), come up under or above where that poster is posting?
For example if someone replied to my post, they should be able to See my post while they write about it. It makes it easier to reply coherently.
If I've missed some feature that already allows this, then I apologize =)

I think having the Customer Service board first is a subtle message about the companies priorities. While I agree seeing "Cancel XXX" in big letters at the top of the screen is a bit of a turn off on the other hand I love the fact that they put customer service first.
When you hit reply to it does show (and quote) the post you are replying to. Are you hitting Add New Post instead? It would be nice to see the last few posts instead of just the previous one though.

huh.. yer right :) thanks Ogre!
as to the SC: I even agree it should be on top.. but surely they can set it to minimize the thread rather than maximize it? that way CS would still be king of the hill- but you'd have to click it to see the "I cancel all this" and what not.

Well looking at it today there is only one 'cancel' order. It's like going into a casino and only seeing the losers. They should post up new subscription requests too :) (j/k)
I've said the same thing for some time. It won't happen, though, and I don't blame 'em. Can't let WotC see what a successful subscription model looks like, now can we?

Vic and Gary (and any other Paizo folks who make such decisions ... )
I love this site and spend more time than I probably should on it :) I think I have been able to overlook having the Customer Service topic at the top because I understand and respect the reason it is at the top.
However ...
Now that I have been actively talking up Pathfinder to friends and others who have told me they are less than thrilled with 4E, I can really see that sending them to your site, only to be greeted by 'Cancel my subscription' does not make a good first impression.
I actually recently had a friend make that very comment after checking out the Paizo site for the first time. I was talking up Pathfinder RPG to him and he finally agreed to go and download the rules. But, guess what? He never ended up doing it. Know why? He told me that seeing three different requests to cancel orders etc made him less than confident in the product so he decided not to bother.
Look, honestly, like I said - I respect your dedication to customer support and understand that is the reason you want to keep the topic at the top. I actually don't mind that it stays there. Here is what I feel VERY strongly needs to happen. Keep the Customer Service link right were it is BUT maybe don't give it a triangle! That way, people coming to the site for the first time still see that topic / link but DON'T see the various posts. If you need to see them, you can still click the link of course. You just eliminate that horrible first impression.
Please Paizo ... I'm BEGGING you! You have to change this!
Thanks!!!

I just have to say I firmly agree here. While customer support is a great thing to see, the negative feelings that is generally portrayed, or implied can give a very bad impression. Until I figured out how to close that thread I always had a sinking feeling when I logged on here. Now it is much more positive.
You simply have to do something about this. And I really think it something that should be moved to the head of the list.
