Looking for a Side Trek adventure

So this forum (link) has a list of Gith-related materials; one of the sources cited is, "'The Astral Blade,' Side Treks by Chris Thomasson, publication unknown."

Nothing comes up with a google search, the two Dungeon Index sites I tried turned up nothing, and it's not one of the ones on WotC's site.

Anyone know where "The Astral Blade" can be found, or if it even exists?

“The Astral Blade” is an AD&D® Side Trek adventure for 4–6 players of levels 8–10 (about 45 total levels). It can be set in any sparsely populated area and works well when inserted into an ongoing campaign.

Don't know where it came from. It's 3 pages as a B&W PDF and a mere 348 Kb.

I think I have it in a drawer somewhere, it deals with a raiding party wanting to get a silver sword back, right? I think it was in a anniversary issue??

Wizards had this posted a LONG time ago... they only did 2-3 of these. I too have it printed out, and in a box somewhere.
