Today is Memorial Day.
If you're near Arlington, Virginia today, try to take 30 minutes or so and visit The National Cemetery. If you go, stop by Section 60. It's off the path, but only takes a couple extra minutes to get there.
I have 17 friends there, including my best bud from high school; and three of my Soldiers who died in OIF 05-07, in Mosul; I'll be thinking about them today.
If you can't do that, then drive by a monument, or visit a VA Hospital.
If your mom or dad, brother or sister, grandfather or next door neighbor served or serves, take a minute today to tell them, "Thanks."
