This is a weird question I guess, but is there any biological reason for that indescribable feeling of heart break? The tightening chest, the dropped out feeling, nausea etc. Do chemicals change? Do neurons fire differently? Is there some biological reason, or is it something beyond defining that has given birth to countless art both good and bad?

I think to an extent there is some form of heart break. When you lose someone it can have effects on your body.
